Amenities and Park Life

Recreation. The ASU Research Park is one of the most highly improved office parks in the greater Phoenix area. The 320-acre Research Park offers its corporations a professional business environment, with mature landscaping and three lakes covering eighteen surface acres. Recreation facilities include over six miles of surfaced jogging trails and picnic ramadas.

Transportation. The Park is also strategically located adjacent to major transportation corridors, including full diamond interchanges off Loop 101 at the north (Elliot Road) and south (Warner Road) entrances to the Park. Its central location in the Southeast Valley also affords access to an abundant and educated workforce, and provides easy 15-minute access to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.  City bus service is also available to the ASU campus, downtown Tempe and Scottsdale.

Child Care. The highly acclaimed Bright Horizons Family Center in the ASU Research Park provides high quality child care and early education opportunities from infancy through kindergarten.
