Located in the Research Park, MacroTechnology Works is a unique facility that allows ASU to advance research in partnership with private industry. This facility was first constructed and used by Motorola in 1997 for the semiconductor industry. It offers clean rooms, wet labs, dry labs, high bay space, and office accommodations. Private industry tenants include EVG, AMI, Applied Materials, and Cactus Materials. ASU users include:

• School of Electrical, Computer and Energy Engineering
• School for the Engineering of Matter, Transport and Energy
