Lot 27

Lot 27 is a 5.4-acre parcel and the only site currently available for development. It is located at the southwest corner of ASU Research Park, near Warner Road. 

Amkor’s regional corporate headquarters sits directly east of the site, Edward Jones’ regional headquarters to the north and a residential neighborhood to the west.

Utilities are available from Innovation Circle,  immediately north of the site. A conceptual site plan for a two- or three-story office building is provided for illustrative purposes only.
